What are the differences between Cloud storage and Local Storage?

We offer two recording options: for local SD card storage, you can choose between continuous recording and scheduled recording. For cloud storage, only one subscription supports continuous recording, while others support event-based recording. For more information, please contact our service center.
Event recording： Refers to the recording when an object moves.
Non-stop recording： 24-hour recording (Non-Stop refers to all day recording, when the memory card capacity is full, it will automatically overwrite the first day's recording，Event recording refers to recording when an object moves)
NOTES: If you don’t use either of the recording methods, then the automatic recording is unavailable.

Regarding Cloud Services:

1. In Europe, video footage is stored for 14 days


2. In North America, video footage is stored for 30 days.


Local Recording Set Up:

Please ensure that the SD card is inserted correctly, the local recording is turned on and choose a recording mode, then you could watch the video in playback.

You can operate according to the following steps:

1. Open the live video interface

2. Click the “...” settings icon in the upper right corner

3. Click Recording Settings.

4. Turn on the Local recording

5. Click the recording mode, select Non-Stop or Event recording
NOTES: If click the recording manually, it will save the video in the gallery. Once leave the app, the record will stop.
