For this issue, please check it out by following the below steps.

1. Find another power adapter to replace our match power adapter to see if the indicator turns to red light. Normal phone adapter would suit.

2. Find another power line to replace our match power line to see if the indicator turns to red light. Normal phone power line would suit.

3. Replace both the power adapter and power line to see if the indicator turns to red light. 

4. Power on one of your other devices like your Android cell phone or USB fan with our camera power adapter and power cable to see if it works.
