What to do if the camera is offline?

If the camera is offline. Please check the indicatore light of the camera.

1)If the red/white is flashing, you can add the camera manually like the first time you did it.
2)If the light is a solid red or there is no light, please plug the camera out,then use another power cord or adapter and plug in again. Then use the reset button to reset the camera and reconnect it.
3)If the light is solid green/blue/white, please power off the camera for around 3 - 5 minutes then plug it in to see if the camera will be back online. If the camera is till offline, please reset the camera then reconnect it.
4)If the red and green lights flash alternately, please unplug the router and camera and then wait 3 - 5 minutes before plugging the camera in again, then press and hold the small reset button on the back of the camera for about 5 seconds to reset the camera until you hear prompt tone to reset it and the light flashes, then reconnect the camera.

Note:
For indoor cameras:
The reset button is on the back of the camera. Press it firmly for 5 seconds to see if you can hear the tone and see the red light flash.
If you hear the tone and the camera light flashes red, you can add it back to the application step by step as you did when you first added the camera.

For outdoor cameras:
Open the rubber cover on the camera and press and hold the small reset button for about 5 seconds
After hearing the voice prompt, wait for a moment. When you see the white light flashing, you can connect the camera again

How to add device
1. Please press reset for 3-5 seconds until the indicator light flashes red/white
2. Open the APP and click the "+" in the upper right corner, and then click the add device
3. Select your camera model
4. Click Confirm that the indicator is blinking and then click next
5. Input the WiFi password correctly. and click confirm.
6. Scan the QR code with the camera directly(15-20cm), you may need to move your phone up and down, left and right slightly and slowly.
7. Click "I Heard a Prompt" after you hear the Dongdong voice, and waiting
8. Indicator light will turn to blue/green, which means successfully connected.
