We recommend using a class 10 high-quality microSD card; the largest card our cam video devices support is a 128 GB microSD card. Camera does not support the micro 128 gb SDXC UHS-2, or the micro128 gb SDXC UHS-3, but does support the micro 128 gb SDXC UHS-1.

The microSD card must be inserted in the device and formatted in the app before using it to store encrypted video recordings.
