When our camera detects changes in light and shadow, it will also push messages to you. That's the mechanism for camera motion detection. We have some advice for your reference.

1. If the motion sensitivity was set too high, please lower the motion sensitivity to limit the motion detection.

1). Click the "..." in the top right corner of the live video interface

2). Select the "Settings"

3). Click Detection alarm settings

4). Click the alarm sensitivity level to low

4). Turn on the human body filtering

4. You may install the camera away from the window to prevent it from frequently sending you messages after capturing changes in light and shadow.
