What can I do if I receive too many alarm notifications?

When our camera detects changes in light and shadow, it will also push messages to you. That's the mechanism for camera motion detection. We have some advice for your reference.

1. If the motion sensitivity was set too high, please lower the motion sensitivity to limit the motion detection.

3. There is timing in motion detection settings, you may set turn off the detection for some time to reduce the pushing messages.

4. You may install the camera away from the window to prevent it from frequently sending you messages after capturing changes in light and shadow.
