Troubleshooting Insufficient or No Push Notifications on Your Device

1. Make sure you have enabled push notifications in your phone's settings.

You can go to your phone's settings > Notifications > Enable app notifications.

Or you can tap message center in the app > Select setting in the upper right corner > Tap Notifications set to on.



2. Make sure you have enabled push app notifications in the app's settings.

1). Click the "message center" which is in the lower right corner of the app control interface;

2). Select "Settings".

3). Click the "Notification settings".

4). Click enable notification buttons.



 

3. If the motion sensitivity was set too low. Higher motion sensitivity to extend the motion detection range.

1. Enter the real-time video interface

2. Click the edit icon in the upper right corner

3. Click the Detection alarm settings

4. Turn on the Motion Detection alarm

5. Alarm sensitivity level select high



 

4. Motion detection has a timing function and is defined by the user freely. Please make sure you do not start that function by mistake.
