Live Feed Issues on Cameras- video keep freezing,can't see the live feed
① Restart your phone and router
② Switch off the wifi on you phone and use the phone's data to have a test
③ Check and found that if camera's firmware version is update.
Open the camera's real-time video interface, click "..." in the upper right corner, scroll down, and you can see the"Firmware Information"
④ Clear the app cache Click on "Me" on the app homepage, then click on the settings symbol in the upper right corner, and click on "Clear Cache"
