Easy Steps to Recover or Change Your Account Password

If you have successfully logged into the app, you can change the password on the App.
  1. Open the App, click 'Me' on the down side of the page.
  2. Click the Gera icon in the upper right corner of the 'Me' page.
  3. Select 'Account and Security'
  4. Select 'Change Login Password'.

If you are on the app account login page and have forgotten your password, you can click on Forgot Password:
A verification code will be sent to you email address. Input the code, then you can reset the password.
