1. Link your phone to WiFi network. Open the App, click on the "+" in the top right corner, then click on "Add Device".
2. Choose the correct camera model.
3. Click on “Confirm that the indicator is blinking” then click on“Next”.
4. Select your Wi-Fi, then enter your Wi-Fi name and password correctly and click “Next”.
5. Use the camera to scan the QR code directly on your phone (15-20cm), you may need to move your phone up and down, left and right slightly and slowly.
6. When you hear the prompting voice, tap on “I Heard a Prompt” and wait.
7. The APP will tell you that the camera has been added successfully, then your camera's light will turn solid green/blue/white
Note:
- Please check if your the camera of your support only 2.4Ghz network, if so, please make sure your wifi is on 2.4Ghz frequency before connection.
- Please check if the camera is in connecting mode before connection.
- If your router has IPv6 enabled, we recommend that you disable IPv6
- Ensure the app has been granted all necessary permissions.
