How can I reconnect to the internet after changing providers? My camera is currently offline.

If you've changed your network provider, the camera needs to be reset to connect to the new network.

Here are the steps:

1. Resetting the Camera:

Press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds until you hear a tone and see the light flash. This will allow you to reconnect the camera to your app.

2. Reconnecting the Camera:

After resetting, the red light will flash. Follow these steps to add the camera back to the app:

① Open the app and click on the "+" in the top right corner, then select "Add Device."

② Choose your camera model.

③ Confirm that the indicator is blinking and proceed to the next step.

④ Select your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, enter your Wi-Fi name and password, and click "Next."

⑤ Use the camera to scan the QR code directly on your phone (15-20cm), adjusting your phone slightly for optimal scanning.

⑥ When you hear the prompting voice, tap on "I Heard a Prompt" and wait.

⑦The app will confirm the successful addition of the camera when the light turns solid green/blue/white.

Please note: Ensure that you reconnect the camera to the same Home to avoid any complications, especially if you have multiple Homes set up. If you haven't set up a Home name, simply add the camera back, and your cloud service records will remain intact.
