My Camera Cannot Power On

If your camera is unable to power on and the LED is off, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify whether the issue can be resolved:

1. Find another power adapter to replace our match power adapter to see if the indicator turns to red light.

2. Find another power line to replace our match power line to see if the indicator turns to red light.

3. Replace both the power adapter and power line to see if the indicator turns to red light.

4. Power on one of your other devices like your Android cell phone with our camera power adapter and power cable to see if it works.
