1. Please check if the SD card is inserted correctly and completely

2. After inserting the SD card, please check whether the local video recording switch is on

3. The video recorded by SD card is saved in the playback function, not in the gallery function

What local recording switch?

When you insert the micro sd card, please kindly turn on the local recording to record.

Please operate as below step:

1). Click the "...." which is in the top right corner of the live video interface;

2). Select "Settings" ;

3). Click the "Recording Settings" ;

4). Turns on the "Local Recording"

The camera will record video automatically.

And then you can view the recorded video in playback by the app.
